Doula Services Association members who wish to be on our referral list must agree to comply with DSA Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, and Confidentiality Policy.

Doulas who are hired though our referral line work on a personal contract basis and the DSA is not responsible for the specifics of that contract.

The DSA does have a grievance policy for any Doula who does not abide by the DSA standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, or Confidentiality Policy.
